These Terms govern your use of pdrnbeauty.com and purchases from PDRN Beauty. The store is operated by HONG KONG YOUTH VENTURE CAPITAL LIMITED (香港青年創投股份有限公司), referred to in these Terms as “PDRN Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Using our website

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your place of residence. Our products and store are intended for adults. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and keep any account credentials secure.

Do not use the website for fraud or other unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Product information and suitability

Read the product description, full ingredient information, warnings, and supplied instructions before use. Our website provides general product information and does not provide individualized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns or suitability when needed.

Do not use products contrary to their directions. The serum is not for injection. Individual experiences vary, and we do not promise a particular result or equivalence to a professional procedure.

We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging appearance may vary, but we will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without informing you and obtaining any required agreement. Product images are illustrative and should be read with the stated kit contents.

Prices and payment

Prices on our US storefront are in US dollars unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment. US standard shipping is free, and we cover import duties and customs clearance fees as described in our Shipping Policy.

The checkout total reflects the selected product, quantity, and any valid discount. Promotional terms apply only when clearly stated. We do not apply a later price change to an already accepted order without your agreement.

Orders

After an order is submitted, we send an order confirmation. We may need to verify payment or order information before fulfilment. If an item is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error affects your order, or we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.

We may decline orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of the store. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it. We do not use these provisions to remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping arrangements, processing times, estimated transit, tracking, and import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, missing, or damaged so we can investigate and help resolve it.

Cancellations returns and the results guarantee

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation requests, the 90-Day Results Guarantee, return authorization, return shipping responsibilities, and refund timing. The guarantee requires use as directed, before-use and current photos, and return of remaining product after approval. Customer-paid return shipping applies to dissatisfaction returns.

Separate provisions apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Statutory remedies are not subject to additional guarantee conditions where the law does not permit those conditions.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, it should reflect your own honest experience. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or include personal information you do not have permission to share. Disclose any material relationship or incentive that could affect how readers assess the review.

You retain ownership of your review. By submitting it for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display and reproduce it in connection with the product and our store, without changing its meaning. We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent content, but we do not suppress an honest review solely because it is negative.

Photos sent privately to support for a refund are not submitted for publication and are not covered by this review permission. Separate permission is required before we use them in marketing.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, website content, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Reproduction or commercial use of protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Our store uses Shopify and other service providers. Links or access to third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our obligations to you in relation to purchases from PDRN Beauty.

Website availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of errors. Contact us if you encounter a problem that affects an order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result solely from unauthorized misuse of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective products, fraud, or personal injury.

Resolving concerns and applicable law

Please contact support@pdrnbeauty.com first so we can try to resolve an order or service concern. This contact route does not restrict your right to seek other remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of non-waivable rights under applicable US federal or state law or a right to bring a claim in a court available to you under those laws.

Changes and other provisions

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The updated version will show a new date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an order already placed. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
