90-Day Results Guarantee

If you use the PDRN Micro-Infusion System as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 90 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

To make a request, email us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, a short explanation of your experience, one set of photos taken before first use, and one set taken when you request the refund. Use comparable lighting and angles where practical. You do not need to take photos after every application.

Opened or used products are eligible under this guarantee when these conditions are met. You do not need to continue using a product that causes irritation or another adverse reaction; contact us for help.

Approval and return instructions

Our team will review the request and explain any information needed to assess it. Once approved, we will provide the US return address and instructions. Return the remaining product as directed. Do not send loose used microneedle heads; dispose of them safely in accordance with local requirements.

Please do not mail a return to our business address or the address printed on the original parcel without our authorization. These addresses may not be equipped to process your return.

Return shipping and refund amount

For dissatisfaction returns, you are responsible for return shipping to our US return address. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the proof of postage. Return postage paid to a carrier is not reimbursed under the results guarantee.

For an approved return of a kit, we refund the amount you actually paid for that kit, including applicable refundable sales tax. Discounts are reflected in the amount paid. We do not charge a restocking fee. Free original standard shipping does not create a shipping deduction from your refund.

Damaged defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. Do not use a damaged or compromised product.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. If a return is needed because of our error or a confirmed defect, we cover the necessary return shipping. The before-use and current-photo requirements for the results guarantee do not apply to these claims. Your applicable legal rights remain available.

Refund timing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If no return is required, we will confirm when the refund is approved and issue it within 5–10 business days of that approval.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have not received it after the stated period, email support@pdrnbeauty.com with your order number.

Cancellations and exchanges

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return process will apply.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Contact us to discuss a return or refund, then place a new order if you would like another kit.

Use of return photos

Photos submitted for a refund are used to assess and manage your request. They will not be published as marketing material without your separate permission. Please avoid including other people, identity documents, or unnecessary personal details in your photos.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is additional to rights you may have under applicable law. It does not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or make statutory claims dependent on the results-guarantee conditions.
